Does ministry have to change who you are?  Yes!  No!  Sounds a bit schizophrenic doesn’t it?  But hang with me for a minute.  When you talk about “who you are,” what you’re really discussing is your personality.  I laughed when I surfed Wikipedia.  Turns out the only section that discusses “personality alteration” or “change” is when it relates to a cult.  Scary (more…)
