In this episode of Explore the Call, we will be looking at the ways you can be certain of your call. There are two very common questions that people ask themselves about the call of God on their lives.

How can I be certain that I’m called? How can I confirm that it is God that is calling me?

There are 3 important people who need to be certain of your call:

1. You
2. The people you will lead
3. The Church

How does God confirm your call?

1. Divine confirmation – private confirmation, inner confidence.
2. Ecclesiastical (Church) confirmation – licensing and ordination.
3. Confirmation of the will – Ministry is something you want to do, something you anticipate (1 Peter 5:2 – serve because you are willing to serve).
4. Results – while you are in training – don’t wait until licensing or ordination.
5. Perseverance in trials – preparation for ministry will require that you overcome trials and testings.
